Delivery & shipping costs
Your goods will be delivered free of charge by our partner forwarding agent, including notification and agreement of the delivery date.
The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected against transport damage. The goods are insured against shipping damage and the condition is documented before shipment. Therefore, please check the shipping carton for damage before opening it and take photographs of any damage to the packaging. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged in addition to the packaging, this must be communicated to the logistics company on site. Please also contact us by e-mail at onlineshop@thonet.de.

Please note that our products are manufactured to order. Returns are therefore only possible on request.
